Recurring Rides (Standing Orders)
Do you need rides to the same location, at the same time each day/week/month? A Recurring Ride Series (Standing Order) might be the right solution for you! Scheduling a Recurring Ride Series is an easy way to set up your regular rides to work, dialysis and other medical appointments, school, and more. Read the instructions below for information on setting up a Recurring Ride Series.
Step 1: Complete the Recurring Rides Request form
Download, print and fill out the Recurring Ride Request form (download via the button below.) You can also pick up a paper copy of the form at Harbor Transit at 440 N Ferry Street in Grand Haven.
Step 2: Submit Your Recurring Ride Request Form at the Harbor Transit Facility
Bring your completed Recurring Ride Request form to Harbor Transit at 440 N Ferry Street in Grand Haven during our lobby hours (9am-5pm Monday – Friday). A dispatcher or other staff member will review your form with you and provide additional paperwork for you to complete and sign while at our facility.
Step 3: Keep Your Recurring Ride Series Active
After your Recurring Ride Series has been scheduled, follow these best practices to keep your Recurring Ride Series active.
- Follow Harbor Transit’s Rules & Guidelines for Riding.
- Cancel or reschedule rides in your recurring ride series that you no longer need to ensure you do not accumulate “No Shows” on your account record.
- Keep your Harbor Transit account in good standing by ensuring you have an active payment method on file, or regularly purchase ride credits to pay your fares for your recurring rides.
