How to Create a Standing Order with Harbor Transit

Do you need rides to the same location, at the same time each day/week/month? A Standing Order might be the right solution for you! Standing orders are an easy way to set up your rides to work, dialysis and other medical appointments, day care, school, and more. Read the instructions below on how to set up a Standing Order. 

Step 1:

Complete the Standing Order form

You can fill out the Standing Order form online, or download and print the Standing Order form. You can also pick up a paper copy of the form at Harbor Transit at 440 N Ferry Street in Grand Haven.

Step 2:

Submit Your Standing Order Form

If you completed your standing order form on our website, you will need to click the “Submit” button at the end of the form to submit the order.

If you completed a paper copy of the Standing Order form, you will need to drop it off at Harbor Transit at 440 N Ferry Street in Grand Haven during our service hours. Your form will be time stamped at the time of drop-off.

Step 3:

Receive a Notification

A Harbor Transit staff member will notify you that your Standing Order is confirmed. If there are no more spaces available to be reserved, a staff member will notify you and ask if you would like to be placed on the waiting list.

Please allow for 2 business days to process your standing order. 

Step 4:

Review our policies

Please review the no-show and cancellation policy to ensure that your Standing Order is not suspended or revoked.
