According to the Attorney General, interrupting a public meeting in Michigan with hate speech or profanity could result in criminal charges under several State statutes relating to Fraudulent Access to a Computer or Network (MCL 752.797) and/or Malicious Use of Electronics Communication (MCL 750.540). According to the US Attorney for Eastern Michigan, Federal charges may include disrupting a public meeting, computer intrusion, using a computer to commit a crime, hate crimes, fraud, or transmitting threatening communications. Public meetings are being monitored and violations of statutes will be prosecuted.

E.Discussion/action to approve the Versatile PPO and the Simple Blue HDHP as medical insurance plan offerings for Harbor Transit employees effective July 1, 2020.
F. Discussion/action to approve the BCBS WMHIP Plan as the dental insurance plan offering for Harbor Transit employees effective July 1, 2020.
G. Discussion/action to approve the Hartford as the life and disability plan offering as presented for Harbor Transit employees effective July 1, 2020.
H. Discussion/action to approve payroll for all Harbor Transit employees to be processed bi-weekly and paid to employees on the following Friday after the pay period ends, effective July 1, 2020.
I.Discussion/update on Harbor Transit Transportation Director Search.
